Office and Mixed Use
GID Urban Development Group/High Street
A 36-acre mixed-use development approved in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Hammond Drive and Perimeter Center Parkway. Zoning approvals allow 774,000 square feet of office, 400,000 square feet of retail, 400 hotel rooms, 1,500 apartment units, and 1,500 condominium units in buildings ranging in height from 5 stories to 30 stories. When complete, High Street will comprise 4,000,000 square feet.
Ravinia
Originally designed by Kevin Roche, this 42-acre development is in the northeast quadrant of I-285 and Ashford-Dunwoody Road and incorporates 1,600,000 square feet of office space within 3 buildings, a 500-room Crown Plaza Hotel, and Ravinia Gardens.
Perimeter Summit
Perimeter Summit is the development which resulted from a well-publicized neighborhood buy-out in which 144 homes on 82 acres were rezoned for the I. M. Pei designed mixed-use office complex located at I-285 and Ashford Dunwoody Road.
Northpark
The Northpark rezoning resulted in the greatest heights and densities then approved outside of downtown Atlanta (89,728 square feet per acre). Northpark currently consists of 3 office buildings totaling 1,527,720 rentable square feet.
Concourse at Landmark Center
Concourse at Landmark Center is a 2,750,000 square foot suburban mixed-use development comprised of 2,250,000 square feet of Class A office space in 5 buildings, an 85,000 square foot athletic club and a 350-room convention hotel on 32 acres. The development is located at the intersection of I-285 and GA-400 and is known for its twin 34-story office towers, nicknamed the King and Queen.
Crown Pointe
Originally approved for a total of 900,000 square feet of office and retail space plus a 280-room hotel, this Ackerman Company development currently consists of 491,000 square feet of Class A office space and is located in the northwest quadrant of Perimeter Center West and Crown Pointe Parkway.
Cox Communications, Inc. Headquarters
This headquarters development was approved for 1,363,699 square feet of office and accessory uses plus a 350-room hotel.
Coro Realty Advisors, LLC/Buckhead Place
Approval of mixed-use development of 13 acres located in the Northwest quadrant of Piedmont Road and Peachtree Road that will include 740,795 square feet of non-residential uses and 499,205 square feet of residential uses.
Saint Joseph's Hospital of Atlanta, Inc.
Representation of Saint Joseph's Hospital of Atlanta, Inc. in Sandy Springs, Fulton County and DeKalb County for over 20 years, including numerous expansions resulting in the approval of 1,689,787 square feet of office and accessory uses, in addition to the existing hospital bed towers.
Rubenstein Atlanta Perimeter, LLC
A mixed-use development approved in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of Hammond Drive and Perimeter Center Parkway consisting of a 25-story office building and a 200-room hotel over deck parking, with accessory retail and restaurants.
RB Sterling Pointe, LLC
Approval to add a 10-story, 200-room hotel and an 8,500 square foot restaurant to the existing Sterling Pointe office complex on Ashford-Dunwoody Road.
Retail and Commercial
Phipps Plaza Expansion
Approval of a major expansion and renovation of Phipps Plaza by the City of Atlanta involving construction of a portion of Lenox Road and the Wieuca Road connector with approvals for expansion of retail, and addition of residential and office towers.
The Sembler Company, Canton, Georgia
An 800,000 square feet shopping center in the midst of a major development that will include a regional hospital, office and residential uses at the intersection of GA 20 and I-575.
Parkaire Landing
Approval for expansion and conversion of Parkaire Mall into Parkaire Landing, Cobb County.
Watkins Associates
Approval of various shopping centers and commercial rezonings in Fayette County, Henry County, Fulton County, and DeKalb County, most of which have a Publix store as the anchor tenant.
The Gipson Company
Approval of commercial shopping center anchored by Kroger with over 300 apartment units in DeKalb County, Georgia.

Majestic Real Estate
Approvals for approximately 7,000,000 square feet of industrial space on South Fulton Parkway which is currently used as regional warehouse and distribution facilities for Costco, GE, Caterpillar, Kellogg and other Fortune 500 companies.
Waste Industries
Annexed and expanded C & D Landfill into City of Fairburn.
CCD Buford/Crossroads Village
A mixed-use development on Buford Highway consisting of approximately 174,000 square feet of retail and restaurant uses and climate-controlled storage.

The Lakes at Cedar Grove is a Master Planned Community in Fulton County originally approved for 1,515 detached and attached residences, 860 apartments, 116,000 square feet of office/industrial uses, 160,000 square feet of commercial uses, and a 136-bed independent living facility.
Minerva/Friendship Village
Obtained approval for a Master Planned Community in Fulton County which will consist of 1,110,400 square feet of commercial and institutional uses, 735 multi-family uses and 5,246 single-family, townhouse, condominium and other residential units.
